At the premises, we are committed to delivering your order on time. Once you have confirmed the purchase, you can expect delivery within just 1-2 Working days.

Note: In case the courier is unable to locate your shipment and provides you with another date, then the delivery guarantee will apply.

Our workshops are located in your area, which is why we are partnered with trustworthy services such as DHL and FedEx. The entire shipping process is seamless, allowing our precious customers to receive their orders at their doorstep.

Note: If you are unable to receive your parcel, please leave a note on the door instructing the courier to leave it with a neighbor who can sign for you. If no one is available, the courier will leave a note with shipment details for alternative delivery options.

Remember: “We do not deliver to P.O. boxes, military addresses, or any restricted locations.”

Whenever you place an order from us, you will receive a confirmation email that acknowledges your order, including a detailed invoice for your convenience. Please remember that if your order isn’t registered in our system, we won’t be able to process and ship it.

If your parcel doesn’t arrive on the promised date! Don’t worry, we are here to cater to you. You have two options:

• You can receive an immediate refund from us.
• Or we can arrange a replacement shipment as soon as possible.

We will send you a confirmation email with the following details:

• The tracking information.
• The date we shipped your order for delivery.
• The hopeful delivery date.

Contact us within 3 days of your delivery arrival if there is any damage found in the product. We are here to ensure your experience is smooth and hassle-free!
